Deliveries are made according to IML-2000, and the amendments listed below.

Amendments to delivery terms according to IML-2000
1. Returns will only be accepted if they are for reasons that are the responsibility of TMSNET, such as manufacturing defects or incorrect product delivery. Incorrect product deliveries (visual inspection only, functional warranty not applicable) are to be reported to TMSNET in writing within 8 days of delivery.

2. Returns must be preapproved by TMSNET. If TMSNET finds that the return is unwarranted, TMSNET has the right to charge a 20% fee of the returned goods price.

3. TMSNET works to ensure that delivery times are met, but TMSNET cannot be held financially liable for late deliveries.
 
Guarantee
Delivered goods are sold with the same standard guarantee offered by manufacturers, with a minimum of one year quarantee (OEM, CEM & representative distributors).
We can also offer quality testing if required.

Traceability
Products we offer are delivered with full traceability and with a maximum of 18 month old date codes, unless otherwise specified in the tender and/or order confirmation.
